The factory covers an area of 70 acres and has a total investment of 120 million yuan. It is a high-tech enterprise guided by innovation and research and development. The company focuses on the research and promotion of eco-friendly water-based synthetic leather, recycled synthetic leather, high physical properties synthetic leather, etc. Currently, its main products include protein super flexible series, water-based leather, recycled leather, bio based leather, and four sided elastic series, which are widely used in clothing, luggage, electronic packaging, automotive interior, and health industries.
The company has a domestic cutting-edge water-based synthetic leather production line and supporting processing equipment, as well as three oily wet production lines, three dry production lines, and three post-processing equipment, with an annual production capacity of more than 15 million meters and an output value of more than 0.2 billion yuan. Three laboratories with independent research and development, testing and laboratory capabilities have achieved a large number of forward-looking results for the company. Based on the continuous high investment in research and development, the company has obtained 37 patents, and deeply participated in the formulation of 21 group and line standards, forming its own characteristics in terms of technology and technology.
